Santa Baby

Dear Santa Baby,

I know I've said that I really don't need anything for Christmas this year, but I have just so happened to have come across the cutest boots ever. Since you are so busy this time of year, I figured I would make it easier for you and just order them myself. They have free shipping and are guaranteed to be here by Christmas. Take Care!!

Thanks for everything, and I will be sure to leave you milk and cookies.

These are the ones (black):

You can wear them any way you wish:

Happy Holidays!!

UPS Guy- Be Brave.

Who doesn't love to get mail? Especially a package from the good ol' UPS guy? I've been waiting for my planner and a birthday gift for my guy for two weeks. I knew yesterday was the day that I could come home and get my lovely packages. What do you know, he did come.....but didn't leave the packages, just a note saying that our driveway wasn't plowed and he couldn't make it to the house. C'mon, if I can make it down the driveway with 8 inches of the snow, why can't he? Doesn't he know I've been waiting for his arrival for 2 whole weeks? GEEZ!
Since we are too cheap to get a plow or even to pay for one, I got the best idea ever. I plowed it myself. Now, I didn't use a plow, but rather made numerous trips up and down making a nice path myself. I'll let you know if it works!

Here is the driveway:

Is it that scary?

Tis the Season

As an adult, I feel that Christmas is about giving and about watching kids open gifts. I absolutely cannot wait to see my son, B, open his gifts. This year he will not be getting a ton. I know like many can relate, it is time to save instead of splurge. But, he will be super-duper excited that Santa will be delivering his 5-gallon bucket of tee-balls, just as he has asked. Now, he hasn't exactly been to see Santa yet this year, but he has made it clear to his mommy, that he wants his 'bucket of balls'. (did I mention his obsession with sports, esp. baseball?) How hard can that be? So, Merry Christmas B!! Mommy cannot wait to see you get your teeballs.

Will I keep this blog?

Where shall I begin? Should I include many details? Should I let everyone know how my life has went from one extreme to another? Maybe not in so many details.
Well lets see...

I've been blessed with many many beautiful relationships (both good and bad) but, without a doubt, do not regret anything that I've ever done in my life. I'm sure I will explain all of the details of how I have gotten to the most wonderful place in my life. If you would've told me 4 years ago, that I would have graduated from college, accepted a terrific job, met the most amazing man in the entire world (and called him mine), and above all else, have raised thus far, the most talented 4-year old (future MLB player)...........I would've laughed...and then cried...for weeks.
